The item will need to be in original condition and packaging, including tags, with a printed copy of your order. Please note the reason for the return clearly on your paperwork.

Once checked you will be issued with a credit note for the cost of the item to use in our online store or the exchange items will be mailed to your address. Please note this does not apply to sale items.
Return postage is at the customer's cost and is non-refundable. Returns will be processed within 7 days of the item being received. If you wish to check the status of your return please email us at twentyninelines@gmail.com
