Shipping Methods

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $150.

For orders under $150, a flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies Australia-wide.

Australia Post is 29lines' preferred shipping partner. All orders include tracking — you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed before 12pm AWST Monday–Friday are dispatched the same or next business day. Please note that dispatch times exclude public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location. As we ship from Western Australia, please allow additional time for delivery, particularly to eastern states. Australia Post delivery estimates are:

• Metro areas: 5–10 business days
• Regional areas: 7–12 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and delays can occur, especially during peak periods.
